The Beginning of a Journey

Dearest reader,

I am so blessed to have you visit my humble and homely abode. I suspect you have arrived to hear of how my journey began. Although art has remained in my heart since I was a mere sprout, the artistic endeavor you now witness began back in 2023, when the world was finally adjusting to freedom once again. With a smartphone in hand, I captured my first creative session on a rather chilly autumn day. The images may be viewed along with this letter if you are ever so curious.

Eventually, a dear friend and I purchased a professional camera (which I dare say is now mine) and I received quite a few requests for my services. With the Lord’s great providence, Meandering Memory bloomed allowing me to capture beautiful images for families, couples, doggos, and individuals alike. All patrons were wonderful and sessions were joyous. Yet, there remained an inkling of personal dissatisfaction with my work which I found to be quite uncurable.

A thorn as nettlesome as a pea under a mattress remained for some time until it finally dawned on me. Why, of course! I just simply do not enjoy lifestyle photography. Though lovely, lifestyle images do not bring me life (ironically!). My heart yearns to create like our Creator. Thus, Meandering Memory has now alchemized into Faebelle, embodying pure imagination and creativity.
